Power Pilates: This amazing workout focuses on the body's core, creating strong, lean and flexible muscles. Pilates builds our body's core or "power center".
Total Body Attack: A high energy strength training circuit that is combined with bouts of cardio.
Body Power: Increase metabolism while burning fat in this total body conditioning workout. Class incorporates hand weights, elastic bands, exercise balls, etc.
Body Rolling: Body Rolling uses 6 to 10-inch balls and allows participants to work specific muscles in detail and create suppleness in tight areas and optimize range of motion.
Spinning: An intense cardio workout that simulates on and off road cycling techniques. It combines traditional sprints, hill climbs, jumps and endurance.
Step Combo: High energy workout. Class consists of 1/2 hour of step, and 45 minutes of weights.
Power Yoga: An invigorating style of Hatha Yoga which incorporates sun salutations as well as standing and seated postures.
Step & Fit: Combines step with core and strengthening exercises.
Hot Mamas: Fun and laughter is the goal of this class designed for the over 70 group. Some 60+ year olds have been known to sneak in from time to time.
Yin Yoga: This class works on increasing range of motion by creating space and strengthening joints. Yin yoga is compliment to any current fitness program regardless of level.
Zumba: Zumba is dance fitness that incorporates easy repetitious movements that scupt your body and burn unwanted calories. No prior dance experience required.
