Pilates: This amazing workout focuses on the body's core, creating strong, lean and flexible muscles. Pilates builds our body's core or "power center".

Body Blast: A high energy strength training circuit that is combined with bouts of cardio.

Shape Up: Increase metabolism while burning fat in this total body conditioning workout. Class incorporates hand weights, elastic bands, exercise balls, etc.

Spinning: An intense cardio workout that simulates on and off road cycling techniques. It combines traditional sprints, hill climbs, jumps and endurance.

Step Combo: High energy workout. Class consists of 1/2 hour of step, and 45 minutes of weights.

Power Yoga: An invigorating style of Hatha Yoga which incorporates sun salutations as well as standing and seated postures.

Step Fusion: Combines step with core and strengthening exercises.

Hot Mamas: Fun and laughter is the goal of this class designed for the over 70 group. Some 60+ year olds have been known to sneak in from time to time.
