Lap Swimming Pool and Aquatic Classes Premier is pleased to be the only fitness center in Traverse City with a lap swimming pool. The pool is available to all members as a basic service of any membership. We also have an exclusive partnership with Munson Medical Center through which many aquatic community classes are taught. Classes often include adult aquatic aerobics, adult and juvenile arthritis aquatic classes and a baby swim/play group. There is an additional fee for aquatic classes. Baseball and Softball Training "In the Zone" Baseball and Softball Training Center is located inside Premier Health and Fitness.
